We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a leading financial services organization (client confidential). This role focuses on building scalable backend systems, modern microservices, and cloud-native applications to support large-scale data migration initiatives.
🔧 Role Overview
We're seeking a Software Engineer with 5–8 years of Java/Spring experience and strong cloud-based development skills.
You’ll design, build, and maintain microservices, REST APIs, and high-quality backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Hands-on backend development
- Writing advanced SQL queries (joins, complex logic, etc.)
- Cloud-based development (team uses Azure DevOps)
- CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure tooling
- Object-oriented design & documentation
- Guiding junior engineers and supporting code quality
- Driving clean coding practices and testing strategies
✅ Required Skills
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Expert-level SQL (select, joins, complex queries)
- Data Analysis
- Oracle (strong query experience)
- Cloud experience (any cloud; team is on Azure DevOps)
➕ Nice to Have
- Data mining experience

📝 Engagement Details
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Hybrid — onsite every other week (5 days during onsite week)
- Rate: Up to $60/hr on W2
- Pre-interview technical assessment required
- Background check, credit check & drug screening required
