- Requirement Gathering & Strategy: Lead discovery workshops, analyze current-state processes, and translate complex business needs into actionable user stories and functional specifications. [1, 2]
- System Design & Configuration: Own and manage platform configuration using flows, validation rules, custom objects, and security models. [1]
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze system performance, build advanced Tableau/Salesforce dashboards, and provide data-backed insights to guide strategic decisions. [1]
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between sales, support, and technical/engineering teams. [1, 2]
- Quality Assurance & Training: Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), create training documentation, and ensure smooth deployments. [1, 2]
- Platform Optimization: Proactively identify process gaps and recommend enhancements that maximize the ROI of your organization's Salesforce investment. [1]
