They are responsible for supervising functions of specific employees as assigned by the Residential Sales Director. The position is responsible for monitoring inside sales reps, providing feedback, serving as product expert, sharing best practices, handling escalated sales situations, coaching sales behaviors, and guiding the inside sales reps to success while also managing scheduling and schedule adherence for their assigned team. The Sales Team Lead also monitors calls to ensure team members are providing a positive member experience on each and every call. Additionally, this position will provide sales support to load-balance during peak inbound call volume while providing legendary AAA Smart Home member experiences.RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIESSupports the Residential Sales Director in goal setting, on-going performance feedback and evaluation and documentation of performance for assigned employees, maximizing the output of each employee supervised to ensure sales reps are meeting and exceeding Key Performance IndicatorsSupervises departmental work activities and ensures scheduling adherence to achieve business objectives. Assists in the development, updating and implementation of disciplined operating practices.Trains and coaches employees and keeps management informed of issues. Meets with employees on a regular basis to provide employee with performance feedback.Maintains knowledge of all products and serves as subject matter expert.Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSSupervisory experience in travel, retail sales, insurance or service industry is preferredOperations management experience (Preferred)Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals.Demonstrated leadership ability overseeing direct and non-direct reports.Outstanding sales and customer service skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to change communication style in order to drive results.Ability to lead by example and coach team members successfully with positive intentEDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSESBachelor’s Degree PreferredHigh School Diploma or GED5 years of high volume successful sales experience3 years supervisory experience. On the job leadership experience will be considered.We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $76,657.00 - Mid: $95,820.00- Max: $114,985.00-
