Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee project teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities include resource management, vendor negotiation, reporting, risk analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and attend meetings with engineers, architects, inspectors, superintendents, vendors, and project teams.
- Provide project updates and assess progress, performance, and productivity on site.
- Coordinate and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Develop effective construction strategies and define project goals and deliverables.
- Determine required resources (time, cost, labor, materials) and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to stay within budget.
- Conduct detailed analyses and prepare project reports for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project timelines; address delays, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
