Responsibilities Process and fulfill online orders with accuracy and efficiency Pick, pack, and label products for shipment following company standards Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery of orders Communicate with customer service regarding order discrepancies and resolve issues promptly Assist in maintaining organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area Utilize order management software to track and update order status in real-time Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or logistics is preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficient in using computers and order management software Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
