The Role
Provide in-home physical therapy for patients recovering from auto accidents, workplace injuries, and everyday orthopedic issues. Cases are grouped by ZIP to minimize drive time.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home evaluations & follow-up treatments
- Create personalized treatment plans for orthopedic/neuromuscular conditions
- Document visits quickly & accurately (no OASIS)
- Collaborate with care team and build lasting patient relationships
Requirements
- Maryland PT license in good standing
- 1 year of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or ortho preferred)
- Strong communication & clinical skills
- Reliable transportation; comfortable working independently
