Role Description
This is a flexible part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper at A2Z Educational Advocates, based in Santa Monica, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for generating client billing, payroll, expenses not on auto pay, and check deposit. Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to: managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation. Also, the Bookkeeper would reconcile accounts, using accounting software to track expenses and income, and supporting the team with other related duties as needed to maintain financial stability and compliance within the organization. Qualifications
- Degree preferred but not required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Clio, and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in bookkeeping for law firms is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized while managing routine tasks
- Comfortable working with deadlines and troubleshooting routine issues
