Job Summary
A2Z Debris Waste Removal & Demo is hiring dependable, hardworking Laborers to assist with demolition, cleanouts, and debris removal projects. This is a hands-on, physically active role working on residential and commercial job sites. We’re looking for reliable team players who take pride in their work and show up ready to work.
Job Responsibilities
- Load, haul, and remove debris and construction materials
- Assist with interior and exterior demolition projects
- Perform job site cleanup and maintain organized work areas
- Operate or assist with equipment such as skid steers, dump trailers, dumpsters, and hand tools
- Sort and dispose of materials properly per job requirements
- Assist crew leads with daily job site tasks
Qualifications
- General labor, demolition, construction, or debris removal experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Experience using hand tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
