What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaner position at A2Z Cleaning Professionals Inc?
REQUIREMENTS:
1. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND INSURANCE.
2. OWN A RELIABLE VEHICLE.
3. PASS A WSP BACKGROUND CHECK (at Company's expense).
4. FINGERPRINTING- As required (at Company's expense).
5. PASS RANDOM DRUG SCREENINGS.
6. MUST BE FLEXIBLE- POSITION NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO COVER OTHER LOCATIONS
Duties
- Respond promptly to scheduled or cleaning requests across multiple locations
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and surface disinfecting
- Assist with custodial duties like restocking supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment
- Document completed tasks and report any facility issues or hazards to management
Skills
- Proven experience in general cleaning, commercial or industrial cleaning environments
- Strong janitorial and custodial skills with attention to detail
- Operating cleaning machinery such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners is a PLUS! But not required.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
