As the first point of contact with our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office logistics, and assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and visitors to the tax office in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Assist with client intake forms and data entry
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Process and file tax returns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus

- M-TH 8:45am – 5pm
- F 8:45am -2pm
Tax Season Hours (Jan. 15th to April 15th)
- Variable 8 hr. Schedule, 40 hrs. per week
- M-F 7:45 – 8pm
- Saturdays 8:45 -5
