Immediate Hiring – HR IT Applications Manager (Oracle HCM Cloud & UKG/Kronos)
We are seeking an experienced HR IT Applications Manager to lead and optimize enterprise HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Redwood UX) and UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
This role is ideal for a technology leader who can bridge the gap between HR, Operations, and IT, while driving system improvements, integrations, governance, and team leadership.
Location: Millsboro, Delaware
Work Model: 75% Remote (Onsite 1 Week Per Month)
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000/year

1. Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- 5–7 years of experience leading IT Applications teams
- 3 years of people management experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including:
- Core HR
- Recruiting
- Learn
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Experience supporting Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX)
- Strong experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduling
- Labor Tracking
- Experience managing Oracle HCM integrations with payroll and third-party systems
- SDLC experience within an enterprise environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
2. Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead administration, support, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Manage UKG/Kronos Workforce Management platforms and related business processes.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to HR, Operations, and IT leadership.
- Oversee integrations between Oracle HCM, Payroll, Kronos, and third-party applications.
- Lead, mentor, and develop HR technology support teams while managing vendors and strategic initiatives.
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
