- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
- Learn how to communicate product and service solutions based on client needs
- Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Work alongside a team to meet individual and company performance goals
- Receive ongoing coaching and training in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership
- Take on additional responsibilities as you develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with a competitive mindset who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a team.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Enjoy competition and working toward measurable goals
- Have a background or interest in sports, athletics, teamwork, or other performance-driven environments
- Are coachable and open to feedback
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Are motivated by personal and professional growth
- Enjoy working face-to-face with clients and other professionals
- Can bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day
Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, athletics, or promotions is helpful, but not required. We provide training for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
