The Business Analyst supports a fast-paced production environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, improve processes, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and IT.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather and document business requirements; recommend solutions
- Analyze processes, identify issues, and drive improvements
- Reconcile enrollment and ID card data; report findings to stakeholders
- Investigate incidents, track defects, and ensure timely resolutions
- Support sprint planning and ensure progress toward development goals
- Assist with training, documentation, and procedure updates
- Lead projects impacting workflows and operational processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) 3–4 years of business analysis or related experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-task environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervis
