Job Description
The Project Manager/Estimator (Project Manager/Estimator) will report to the Senior Project Manager for the Continuing Programs and Project Management Services for construction projects out of our Port Charlotte office. Our Port Charlotte Office is responsible for construction projects on the west coast of Florida from Naples to Bradenton. The PM/Estimator will provide support services for the implementation of both design and construction projects. This position will require both administrative and field support. The PM/Estimator may participate in developing scopes of work and schedules for design; design submissions reviews and coordination; cost review of design services and project schedules. The PM/Estimator will provide construction management services for all phases of projects of various sizes and types including horizontal and vertical projects.
Education/Experience Required:
3-5 years’ experience required
Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred
General or Building Contractor licensure, a plus
Technical field experience required
Computer Applications Experience:
Microsoft Office Applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Bluebeam or digitizing estimating software
Microsoft SharePoint or BOX file management
CAD, BIM, Procore experience, a plus
