Job Description
Assessing equipment maintenance and logistics support requirements for USCG aircraft.
Submitting Supply Item Change Requests (SICR).
Preparing and providing documentation to support procurement actions.
Reviewing and analyzing data to determine item interchangeability or substitution options.
Evaluating logistical support plans for feasibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborating with engineering staff to review special inventory requirements.
Analyzing forecasting model outputs.
Working with Engineering and Procurement teams on supply-related issues, including sources, databases, unit costs, and optimal stock quantities.
Using AMMIS and ALMIS systems to generate requirements documents, creating Unsatisfactory Reports for approval by Government personnel, and monitor aviation inventory.

Required Skills
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least five (5) years of experience in supply/logistics.
Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience managing tasks such as registration coding, inventory consolidation, long lead-time items, support items, items with multiple sources of supply, and items with proprietary data issues.
Possess at least five (5) years of aviation inventory management experience beyond the role of a Supply Technician (i.e., Material Coordinator, Inventory Manager).
Be knowledgeable about USCG or Department of War (DoW) aircraft logistics support practices and procedures.
