Responsibilities
- Remain visible to guide vehicles and pedestrians safely through the parking areas
- Use hand signals and flags to direct traffic flow according to client's needs and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians and lot Supervisor to prevent accidents and confusion
- Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to lot Supervisor and emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain a high level of alertness throughout shifts to adapt quickly to changing site conditions or traffic patterns
Qualifications
- Prior experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly relay instructions using hand signals
