[A-1 Welding is hiring an experienced ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}**Industrial Fabricator / Fitter**[. This is not a beam shop role --- we build ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}**complex, custom parts and assemblies**[. We're looking for someone who can ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}**think through fit-up, manage workflow, and keep welders fed with ready work.**

**Key Responsibilities**

• [Read and work from shop drawings and prints]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
• **Fit and assemble complex parts and weldments**
• [Stage and manage work to maintain ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}**consistent flow to welders**
• [Perform shop fabrication: cutting, drilling, grinding, prep, fit-up]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" 12pt"=""}
