Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and tracking progress. Collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals to support effective communication skills will also be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy practices
- Experience working with the pediatric population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Capability to develop and deliver tailored therapy plans based on individual client needs
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, and appropriate CA licensure
- Prior experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist or in a similar role is preferred
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care in an on-site setting
