Operating Hours: (Does not reflect Part-Time employement schedule.)
Monday - Friday: 8:00 - 5:00
Saturday: 8:15 - 1:45
Job Function: You are the first point of contact with customers which includes documenting of vehicle description, entering weights, obtaining appropriate signatures, answering phones and paying customers in a timely manner. Customer service skills are a must as the customer experience will begin and end with you. Please see below for more job info.
Essential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- On time for days scheduled to work
- Physically capable of getting up from desk to walk up and down steps promptly
- Work within limited space
- Work extended hours at times
- Work various schedules including overtime, holidays, call outs, and weekends
Applicable Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills; be able to communicate with customers, drivers, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner (including communication via handheld radio)
- Maintain a high professional level of customer service
- Ensure customer information is correct and up to date
- Able to read, write and communicate clearly for documentation and customer relations
- File numerically and alphabetically
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Perform basic math, reading, and accounting skills
- Function under deadlines, handling multiple tasks for multiple personnel
- Bilingual (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
