Job Summary
A-1 Party & Tent Rental is seeking a Dispatcher/Scheduler Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will serve on the frontline for our company, scheduling, dispatching & delivering exceptional support to our customers. The hours for this position are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Alternating Saturdays are required from 8am-12pm. Please DO NOT CALL about the job opening. We will call you.

Job duties include:
- DISPATCHING/ SCHEDULING DELIVERIES
- Taking orders
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting customers as they walk in
- Sending out and receiving orders as they come back
- Pulling orders
- MUST be able to lift up to 30lbs.
Applicant MUST HAVE:
- DISPATCH/ SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE
- Excellent Customer Service Skills- Proven experience in customer support, ability to handle interactions with high professionalism.
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Active Listening Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Must be able to work alternating Saturday's from 8am-12pm.
- Have own Transportation
