Duties
- Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to access high or hard-to-reach windows.
- Use hand tools, squeegees, scrubbers to thoroughly clean glass surfaces.
- Apply industrial cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows.
- Follow strict safety protocols.
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed.
Experience
- Prior outdoor cleaning experience is preferred, especially with commercial or industrial window cleaning projects.
- Familiarity with ladder use, pressure washing, and industrial cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to working at heights, manual handling, and the use of PPE is essential.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, as you will often interact with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
