Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to convert Tune Ups and HVAC sale leads.
- Spend time in big box store retail partners
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing information about our offerings.
- Analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple leads simultaneously.
