Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator - HVAC Services

We’re seeking a friendly, organized Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing HVAC team in Columbus. You’ll start by assisting with day-to-day office and administrative responsibilities, with the opportunity to grow into customer follow-up, appointment setting, and sales support as you learn the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and customer service support for the office.
• Assist with pulling permits, billing, paperwork, and maintaining schedules.
• Answer customer questions and help coordinate appointments and service needs.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients regarding HVAC projects and opportunities.
• Schedule qualified appointments for our HVAC sales and estimating team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service, administrative, office, or scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks and schedules.
• Comfortable making outbound customer follow-up calls and booking appointments.
• Dependable, professional, and interested in growing into additional responsibilities.

We Offer

• $18–$22/hour, based on experience.
• Monday–Friday, in-office position in Columbus.
