What are the responsibilities and job description for the Locksmith position at A1 Lock and Safe?
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Locksmith to join our team. Need to know how to install repair, and rekey locks. Must have experience installing a variety of commercial hardward. including door closers, panic hardware, etc. Must know how to rekey and Master rekey. Also able to diagnose lock problems , and solve them.
Duties
- Performing a variety of jobs infield in a timely manner
- Help answer phones in shop
- wait on customers in shop
- Order parts and write quotes
- Install residential hardware & Commercial hardware
- Fresh install hardware
- Rekey & Master rekey locks
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Have valid Oregon Driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
Experience:
- Locksmithing: 5 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
