What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Associate - Bilingual Preferred position at A1 Live Scan Notary Shipping?
Bilingual is preferred (Spanish)
- One of a kind, busy Mailbox Store/Shipping Center in a Northridge Neighborhood.
- Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on services
- Provide prompt, efficient and courteous customer service
- Process sales in POS (Point-of-Sale)
- Answering phone calls and any inquiries customers may have
- Receive packages and sort mail in mailboxes accurately
- Provide all the services offered, Ex: Take Passport Photos, Cut keys, Make photo copies, Etc.
- Maintain a clean and customer friendly environment
- Occasional light and heavy lifting of packages.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous mailbox center /shipping experience is a huge PLUS
- Proficiency in English and basic math skills
- Proficient in basic computer skills / Typing
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.28 per hour
