Duties

• Enter data into spreadsheets, database systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software with precision and speed
• Maintain and update records in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform data collection tasks by gathering information from various sources and inputting it into designated systems
• Conduct Excel data analysis to identify trends or discrepancies that require attention
• Handle confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy policies and security standards
• Support order entry processes by accurately processing customer requests and updating related systems
• Assist with filing, organizing digital documents, and maintaining systematic records for easy retrieval

Requirements

• Proven experience with data entry in Excel, spreadsheets, or database systems
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
• Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and productivity software is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Demonstrated typing speed of at least 10 key strokes per second for efficient data entry
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data accuracy
• Experience in customer service or office environments is a plus
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $24.18 - $29.12 per hour
