Supervisors will oversee daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction and quality control. Responsibilities also cover assigning tasks, training new employees, monitoring inventory and supplies, and handling customer complaints. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to maintain a safe and efficient work environment while meeting production and quality standards. Key responsibilities
- Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise dry cleaning staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards.
- Quality control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards and has high-quality cleaning and finishing.
- Operations management: Coordinate daily activities, manage the workflow, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly and safety procedures are followed.
- Customer service: Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and supplies: Monitor the stock of cleaning supplies and materials, and order new items as needed.
- Administrative tasks: Review production and accounting records, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with dry cleaning tasks when required
