Responsibilities:
- Perform chimney repairs & rebuilds, masonrey repairs, liners installation, wood stove installation etc.
- AbilIty to work on high roofs
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols while working on various projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards
Experience:
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in the trade
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30 per hour for a 40-hour workweek (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM)
- $50 bonus for each additional job completed daily beyond the standard workload
- $2/hour raise every quarter for the first year
- 8 paid days off annually
- Company truck, insurance, and gas provided
