A1 Building Services is looking for a dependable Part-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our growing cleaning team in Birmingham.
We’re starting with a small crew, so we’re looking for people we can count on. This position is a good fit for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and doesn’t need someone standing over them to get the job done.
You’ll help clean offices, churches, businesses, and other commercial facilities around the Birmingham area.
Typical work includes:
- Vacuuming and sweeping
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning breakrooms
- Emptying trash
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Cleaning common areas
- Following facility-specific cleaning checklists
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and dependable
- Shows up on time
- Able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical work
- Able to follow instructions and cleaning procedures
- Reliable transportation to assigned job locations
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
Most work will be scheduled during evening or early-morning hours, depending on the customer’s schedule.

Qualifications

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
