With hundreds of 5-star reviews and a reputation for premium workmanship, we are expanding our sales team to help manage our high volume of inquiries and in-shop traffic.
Position Overview
This is a commission-based sales position for someone who is confident, motivated, and excited to earn based on performance. You will be the first point of contact for customers, educating them on services, building trust, and converting leads into booked appointments.
Your earning potential is directly tied to your results—the more you sell, the more you make. Our top performers consistently close high-ticket services like Ceramic Coatings and PPF packages.
Compensation Structure100% Commission-Based Pay
- You earn a commission from every job you close.
- Commission is earned on all services:
- PPF (Paint Protection Film)
- Ceramic Coating
- Window Tint
- Interior/Exterior Detailing
- Monthly bonuses available for hitting sales goals.
- Upsell bonuses for additional items (door cups, clay bar, shampoos, tint upgrades, etc.).
- No earning limit — high performers have the potential to make $4,000–$8,000 per month depending on performance.
This structure is ideal for someone driven, confident, and motivated by results.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction & Sales
- Greet customer walk-ins, phone calls, texts, and online leads.
- Build trust through product knowledge and professional communication.
- Explain our services and recommend the best package based on customer needs.
- Use vehicle-specific knowledge to demonstrate expertise (examples: trim removal for tint, sensors on PPF installs, ceramic curing times, paint correction levels, etc.).
- Close leads with confidence and explain pricing clearly.
- Follow up consistently until the job is booked.
Service Knowledge (Training Provided)
- PPF package differences (Full Front, Track Package, Partial, Full Body).
- Ceramic Coating levels, warranties, and paint correction expectations.
- Window tint types, film quality, heat rejection, shades, and warranty.
- Interior detailing expectations, limitations, and upsell opportunities.
- Common installation challenges for different makes/models.
Lead Management
- Track all leads in our CRM.
- Update daily/weekly close rates.
- Maintain communication follow-ups with customers to maximize conversions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sales skills — confident, persuasive, and comfortable closing.
- Experience in commission-based roles is preferred (but not required).
- Coachable, fast learner, and willing to master product knowledge.
- Great communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Professional and reliable.
