Pay: $22.59 - $27.88 per hour

Job description:

A-Zone Environmental Services, LLC is an environmental contractor seeking a full-time flexible team player with excellent communication skills, responsible for offering versatile assistance, with the ability to anticipate needs and contribute to overall efficiency.


Job Duties Include, but are not limited to:

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, calendars, and meetings.
  • Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries.
  • Prepare documents and correspondence.


2. Office Operations

  • Order supplies and manage inventory
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure the office is organized and functional


3. Communication Hub

  • Act as a liaison between staff, management, and vendors
  • Distribute internal communications or updates
  • Help onboard new employees and offboard exiting employees (paperwork, setup, etc.)
  • Follow up on tasks to keep things moving


4. Record Keeping

  • Maintain files (digital and physical)
  • Track expenses, invoices, or basic bookkeeping support
  • Ensure documents are organized and accessible
  • Assist with permit submissions
  • Track equipment lists, fuel taxes, and licensing

  • Time Management with ability to multi-task, prioritize, take on responsibility and work well under deadlines.
  • Must be organized, pleasant, and willing to learn. Skills must include typing, filing, and organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Take initiative to anticipate needs and proactively offer assistance.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • A dependable team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company.
  • Must be able to pass a background check


Education and Experience:

  • MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe): 5 years (Required)
  • Administrative Experience: 5 years (Required)
  • Environmental/Construction Services: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Technical writing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • High School Diploma / GED (Required)
  • Some College (Preferred)


Salary: This is a full-time, hourly position. The pay range is $47, 840.00 - $57,990.00 per year. Pay is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • 9:00am-5:00pm (In-Person)
  • Overtime as necessary
  • Monday to Friday


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kearneysville, WV 25430: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
