Position Overview
We’re seeking an in-person Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple roles, with a strong focus on loan originators and operations staff.
This is a high-impact role where your ability to identify and connect with the right people will directly influence the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to offer
- Create and post compelling job listings and recruiting content
- Attend networking events and industry functions to attract talent
- Maintain candidate relationships and provide a strong hiring experience
- Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruiting, sales, or relationship-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to build relationships and influence candidates
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in an in-office, team-driven environment
