Senior Civil Designer/ Engineer - Public Infrastructure Projects

**This position is located in Valparaiso, IN. Candidates need to be willing to relocate or commute to Valparaiso, IN. Note that this is a hybrid position- work at home days will be discussed.***About the RoleYou will lead plan development, specifications, analyses, and reports for transportation, site, and underground infrastructure projects. Typical work includes the design and construction of roadways, bridges, drainage, and utility systems. The position involves preparing detailed plan sets, developing geometric layouts, and ensuring compliance with QA/QC procedures and industry standards.You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources; perform cost estimating; and ensure that each project meets deadlines and profitability goals. The role also includes mentoring junior staff, collaborating with engineers and designers, performing site surveys, and communicating progress updates to senior managers and clients.
