Position Summary: The Electrician will participate in the installation or maintenance and inspection of electrical systems and associated processes.

Role And Responsibilities
- Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites
- Prepare sketches showing location of wiring and equipment, or follow blueprints, ensuring that concealed wiring is installed before and completion of future walls, ceilings, and flooring
- measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install electrical conduit
- Oversees or participates in wire installation with conduit and cable trays
- Perform other routine duties as directed by workplace leader, electrical panels, and standby generation
- Avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications and electrical codes
- Connects power cables to equipment, such as motor, and installs grounding leads
- Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocations, or replacement
- Installs control and distribution apparatus, i.e., switches, relays, circuit breaker panels
- Test Continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety components; uses testing instruments i.e., ohmmeter, battery and buzzer, and oscilloscope

- High School Diploma or relevant work experience
- Applicable State Trade License
- 5 years of Field Experience, trade school, or apprenticeship
- OSHA 10 certification
