Description:
A.Y. Strauss LLC, a sophisticated boutique law firm with an inclusive, respectful culture, is seeking an associate with 2 years’ experience to join our growing and diverse Family Law Practice Group. The successful candidate will focus on handling sophisticated matters for high-net-worth clients including a broad scope of complex matrimonial matters, from pre-nuptial agreements to post-judgment enforcement.
This role is ideal for someone looking for an excellent growth and development opportunity, with direct client contact and mentorship from our talented team of attorneys.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have direct experience with:
- Divorce
- Alimony, Spousal, and Child Support
- Post and Pre-Nuptial Agreements
- Valuation and Distribution of Marital Assets
- Drafting and Arguing Motions
- Taking and defending Depositions
- Working closely with partners and clients throughout all phases of litigation
The qualified candidate must be admitted in New Jersey; New York admission is a plus.
Salary, Benefits, and Development:
The Salary range for this role is $120,000 - $155,000, commensurate with experience and a full benefits package. Significantly, we invest in our attorneys’ professional and business development through internal and external opportunities. Hybrid and remote working opportunities available.
