- Customer Service & handling of information using the Athena EMR
- Collection of Payments
- Appointment Scheduling
- Verification of Eligibility & Benefits
- Charge Entry: Understanding insurance issues & account billing – Modifiers. CPT & ICD-10 Coding
- Accountable, Reliable Team Member
- EMR systems: 1 year (Required)
- Medical Office: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 3 years (Required)
- Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
- Athenahealth: 1 year (Preferred)
