- Develop and execute comprehensive platform-specific social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management across platforms
- Create original content and collaborate on photography and video assets
- Track trends, audio, formats, and platform updates and apply them strategically
- Conduct trend and competitor research to inform content direction
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations based on analytics
- Maintain organized content calendars and publishing schedules
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics
- Experience with performance analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking
- Creative, innovative thinker with strong ideation skills
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Familiarity with paid social advertising or influencer marketing
