Job Overview
TUESDAY-SATURDAY - 11:00AM-7:30PM - Shared ON-CALL rotation every 6 weeks
Additional position available at 1041 Hylan Boulevard, 10305, 1:00pm-9:30pm SHIFT

The Assistant Residence Manager will participate and be responsible for the smooth operation of the residence up to and including the individuals’ safety and care, the staff supervision/evaluation and focus, and the site’s cleanliness and appropriateness.
The duties of the Assistant Residence Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Assists Residence Manager with monthly schedules
- Completes and implements Daily Assignment Sheets
- Participates in staff training sessions
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident engagement and well-being
- Ensures the safety of the individuals
- Maintains accurate ledgers for PIA accounts
- Payroll processing
- Coordinates transport needs for individuals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent with 4* years of experience in a residence which must include at least 2* years in a setting for people with developmental disabilities
OR
· 2* years of College with 2* years of related experience
OR
· Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of related experience
· Must have AMAP certification
· Valid driver’s license
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and staff.

Salary : $52,000 - $54,000
