We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Fundraising Associate to support our organization’s development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for nonprofit work, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to cultivate and expand donor relationships. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will coordinate various campaigns, manage donor databases, and assist in planning impactful events to advance our mission. This position offers an opportunity to develop professional expertise in nonprofit fundraising while making a meaningful difference in the community. Bachelor's Degree required.
Duties
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, email marketing, and social media outreach to engage current supporters and attract new donors.
- Manage and update donor databases using CRM software (DonorPerfect) to ensure accurate data collection and relationship management.
- Cultivate relationships with individual donors, foundations, etc through personalized communication and strategic engagement efforts.
- Conduct research on potential funding sources and other philanthropic avenues to diversify revenue streams.
- Maintains In-Kind donation records and storage of items.
- Handles all duties related to annual golf outing and other fundraising events, i.e. donations, prepping raffle items, tracking organizing.
- Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, etc.
- Prepare Holiday Appeal solicitation.

Skills
- Fundraising experience, preferably in a non profit setting
- Proven experience in supporting event planning, including managing all administrative aspects of event management from concept to completion.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills for securing sponsorships, partnerships, and funding
- Familiarity with nonprofit management principles, volunteer management practices,
- MS Office skills, Canva
Salary : $44,000 - $46,000
