A&V Consulting LLC is a Florida-based agribusiness consulting firm introducing advanced manure processing technologies to the U.S. livestock industry.
We represent closed fermentation manure processing systems developed by leading Japanese manufacturers, including Chubu Ecotec Co., Ltd. and Kohshin Engineering Co., Ltd..
These systems allow dairy and poultry farms to convert manure into stable organic fertilizer while reducing odor, pathogens, and environmental impact.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Sales Professional to develop the Florida market for advanced manure processing and composting systems.
This role focuses on building relationships with:
- dairy farms
- poultry farms
- manure management companies
- composting operators
- agricultural service providers
The position is ideal for someone with experience in:
- agricultural equipment sales
- fertilizer or soil amendment sales
- composting or waste management equipment
- livestock industry services
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with livestock farms and agricultural operations
- Present closed fermentation manure processing systems
- Identify and develop sales opportunities
- Conduct farm visits and technical discussions with customers
- Coordinate with Japanese technology partners and technical teams
- Represent the company at agricultural meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Ideal Background
- Experience selling agricultural equipment, fertilizer, or farm services
- Strong network in the livestock or agricultural industry
- Comfortable visiting farms and agricultural facilities
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Ability to develop a new regional market
Compensation
This position is structured as a performance-based commission opportunity under a 1099 Independent Contractor agreement.
Commission is allocated progressively as a project advances through key stages of the sales process. If a project developed by the Ag. Equipment Sales Manager results in a completed equipment sale, the Manager receives commission for each stage they successfully completed.

3. Technical Meeting with Manufacturer - 1.5%
4. Proposal / Financial Discussion - 1%
5. Contract Signed & Project Closed - 3%
Commissions are cumulative and paid after the equipment sale is completed and A&V Consulting receives its commission from the manufacturer.
If the Sales Manager completed certain stages of a project but later leaves the role or stops working on the opportunity, they remain eligible to receive commission for those stages if the project ultimately results in a completed sale and the work performed was properly documented.
To qualify for commission credit, all leads and project development activities must be submitted to and documented with A&V Consulting in a timely manner. A&V Consulting will maintain the official record of lead registration and stage completion.
Potential annual earnings: $150,000 – $300,000 depending on performance.
