What We Offer

Job Responsibilities
This is a physically active position that requires reliability, organization, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include:
- Travel from your home directly to clients' homes throughout our services areas near Marietta.
- Transport cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, and equipment in your personal vehicle
- Carry cleaning equipment and supplies into and out of homes
- Perform residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Scrub toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and other bathroom fixtures (yes, we clean toilets)
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean inside appliances when included in the service
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and instructions
- Take photos when required for quality control
- Provide excellent service while respecting clients' homes and belongings
- Work around pets safely and compassionately
- Communicate daily with the office regarding completed jobs, client payments, tips received, schedule changes, and any concerns
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or client concerns immediately
- Maintain company standards of professionalism and appearance
Equipment & Supply Care
Our tools are important, and we expect team members to help maintain them.
Responsibilities include:
- Keep your vacuum cleaner clean and functioning properly
- Wash and maintain cleaning towels weekly
- Keep cleaning tools, caddies, brushes, and equipment clean and organized
- Notify management promptly when supplies need to be replaced
- Properly care for company-provided equipment and supplies
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in homes with stairs
- Ability to work around common household cleaning products
- Ability to work in homes with dogs, cats, and other pets
