What You'll Do
- Coordinate and maintain client and caregiver schedules
- Handle caregiver call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage needs
- Match caregivers with clients based on availability and client needs
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and team members
- Manage multiple scheduling priorities throughout the day
- Respond quickly and effectively to unexpected situations
- Troubleshoot scheduling challenges and find solutions
- Maintain accurate scheduling information and documentation
- Follow through on responsibilities and ensure issues are resolved
- Work independently while keeping management informed when necessary
What We're Looking For
Previous scheduling experience is REQUIRED.
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in scheduling, preferably in home care, healthcare, staffing, or a similar field
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- An excellent multitasker
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Able to quickly switch gears when priorities change

Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $23/hour
