Math/ELA Tutor
A Tree of Knowledge Educational Services is a tutoring company contracting to offer fully subsidized educational services to eligible K-12 public school students.
We are currently seeking qualified tutors to commit to tutoring students in and around the city of Visalia. Services will be in-person at the student's home or local public library. We have families requesting services from Visalia, Hanford, and Tulare. Our students are being home schooled, so the schedule is flexible. We also have virtual assignments available. Services may begin in mid-August, and successful applicants will be invited to attend a Back-to-School event in early August.
We are seeking tutors for all levels of Math and English. Helpful if the tutor is bilingual (Spanish).
Compensation shall be $ 23.00 per hour to $ 36.00 per hour commensurate with group size (1:1 to group of five (5)) .
Minimum tutor requirements:
* Applicant must have attained at least 60 college credits
* Applicant must have prior tutoring/teaching experience
* Must be highly proficient in subject matter
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must submit to a criminal background check (Live Scan)
