We’re hiring an Install Technician with carpentry or construction experience to join our installation team. This is a hands-on role working in residential and commercial settings installing windows, doors, glass, and related products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Install windows, doors, glass, mirrors, and related products

• Assist with measurements, layout, and proper fitting of materials

• Work alongside a team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately

• Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles

• Communicate professionally with customers on-site

• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

• Support other installation projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Carpentry, construction, or similar hands-on experience preferred

• Familiarity with construction environments, job site expectations, and safety practices

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Position Requirements:

• Employment Status: Full-time, hourly position

• Work Location: Lewis-Clark Valley and surrounding areas

• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility for overtime based on workload and project demands

• Attendance: Consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality are required to support team operations and job schedules

• Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods

• Ability to work on ladders and at varying heights

• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including varying weather conditions

• Ability to safely handle glass and construction materials
