Top Notch Equipment is seeking a proactive, customer-focused STORE MANAGER to lead daily operations of our equipment sales and rental location. The ideal candidate has retail or rental management experience, strong leadership skills, and technical familiarity with light-to-heavy equipment.
LOCATED IN ROGERS, MN
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory control, showroom and service
- Drive sales of new and used equipment, attachments and accessories; meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Train, coach and supervise store staff; conduct performance reviews and hiring as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, handle escalations, and build relationships with current customers and any walk-in customers
- Maintain accurate records: rental agreements, contracts, service logs and sales paperwork
- Ensure compliance with safety, insurance, and reglulatory requirements
- 2 years of management experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Great communication skills
