Full-Time Cleaning Technician — Weekdays Only, Paid Weekly
Looking for a full-time job with steady weekday hours, weekly pay, and a team that has your back?
We’re hiring Cleaning Technicians who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable staying busy. This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll spend most of your day moving, cleaning, and helping customers keep their homes looking their best.
No cleaning experience? That’s okay. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.
What You Can Count On
- Monday–Friday schedule — no nights, weekends, or holidays
- $18–$22/hour once trained
- $17/hour during training
- Paid weekly
- Full-time W-2 position
- Paid training — no experience required
- All cleaning supplies and equipment provided
- Mileage reimbursement when traveling between job sites

What You’ll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll help keep customers’ homes clean, comfortable, and looking their best.
Your day may include:
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Traveling between job sites in your own reliable vehicle
- Working alongside teammates and helping when needed
- Staying productive when schedules change or a job finishes earlier than expected
Some days will go exactly as planned. Other days may require you to jump in, adjust, and help the team get everything done. We’re looking for people who can roll with it.
This Job Is Active
Let’s be honest: residential cleaning is physical work.
You’ll be on your feet for most of the day, bending, reaching, carrying supplies, and moving from one task to the next. If you prefer sitting at a desk all day, this probably isn’t the right fit.
But if you like staying busy, seeing the results of your work, and ending the day knowing you accomplished something, you may really enjoy it.
