Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC equipment, saws, and shop machinery for light manufacturing of fence materials
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Maintain accurate inventory and track shop materials
- Pull and stage orders for upcoming jobs
- Perform light maintenance on shop equipment and company vehicles
- Lead and manage a shop assistant throughout the day
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Previous experience in a shop, manufacturing, or construction environment preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and shop equipment safely
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Mechanical aptitude with basic maintenance knowledge
- Welding experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license preferred
