Responsibilities
- Manage fence projects from contract signing through final completion
- Coordinate schedules with customers, crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct pre construction site visits and project reviews
- Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and ready for installation
- Communicate with customers throughout the project process
- Handle project documentation and updates within company software systems
- Assist with permit and utility locate coordination when required
- Perform final walkthroughs and customer satisfaction follow ups
- Resolve project challenges professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with sales, operations, and installation teams
- Previous project management, construction management, fencing, landscaping, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling software, and mobile apps
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and team oriented mindset
- Competitive hourly pay of $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
