✨ What You'll Do:
🔥 Weld and fabricate parts per blueprint
🛠 Utilize MIG & TIG welding processes
📏 Verify weld quality using calipers, gauges & inspection tools
⚙️ Grind, polish, straighten, and finish parts
🏗 Perform complex fabrication and multi-pass welds
🚜 Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes & jib cranes
📘 Interpret welding symbols, blueprints & specifications
✅ Follow all 6S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures
✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:
🎓 High School Diploma or GED
🔧 3 years of welding/fabrication experience
📐 Blueprint reading and weld setup experience
🧠 Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
🤝 Team-oriented mindset with strong communication
🛡 Safety and quality-focused work ethic
📚 ASME code knowledge is a plus
