📍 Appleton, WI | 🕒 Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
💼 Full-Time | Hands-On | Essential Role
Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.
✨ What You'll Do:
🛠 Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings
🔍 Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment
🏗 Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures
💡 Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry)
🚚 Assist with equipment and shop moves
🛡 Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards
🤝 Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed
✅ What We're Looking For:
🎓 High School Diploma or GED
🔧 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing
🏭 CNC job shop experience preferred
🚜 Forklift experience a plus
💪 Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
⚡ Ability to prioritize and work independently
